ECR advances to Quarters

ECR will play Royal HS in the quarter finals of the SF Valley Invitational on Monday Night at 7:30PM. The game will be played at Crespi HS. On Saturday ECR defeated Notre Dame 1-0 and Canoga Park 2-1 in pool play. In his first game back after a 2 year absence, senior forward Ericson Penate scored on a break away to lift ECR over Notre Dame. Later in the day, freshman Kayvon Parsa scored his first goal of the season against Canoga Park when he hustled past the Canoga defense and earned a PK. He then scored the PK and Lucas Ladek added an insurance goal to give ECR the win.
